NEW Course on Discriminatory Harassment!
We are excited to launch a new course that addresses Title 6. While there is no training requirement, it is a high liability topic. This course intent is to address student-to-student discrimination based on race, sex, color, national origin, religion. The course includes mentions LGBT, how peer discrimination is different from bullying, and how school employees should respond and intervene.

Some student misconduct may qualify as peer discriminatory harassment under one or more of the federal anti-discrimination laws enforced by the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights. With that in mind, course topics include: peer discriminatory harassment, types of harassment, legal requirements for schools, recognizing and responding to peer discriminatory harassment, and important legal considerations.
