Safety Documentation Management Overview

The award winning EmployeeSafe Suite includes a complete library of written safety compliance forms, plans and other recordkeeping documents necessary to meet and ensure compliance with local, state and federal safety requirements.

The library includes written programs, plans and procedures, checklists, inspections and other documents necessary for a district’s safety program. And, each document is integrated with the Compliance Task Management System which implements, manages and sustains a comprehensive safety compliance program.

Administration is no longer burdened with the responsibility of developing all necessary forms, much less ensuring that each is used consistently across all buildings. Administration will see a reduction of no less than 50% of the time required of them to maintain compliance, regardless of how the process is being managed today!

Our school district administrators focus on education and turn the development and integration of required safety compliance forms and documents over to EmployeeSafe.

The EmployeeSafe Suite may be purchased in its entirety or as individual modules.
